Doors Open at 7.45am
Session 1 Warm-Up 7.55 to 8.55am with the session starting at 9 am.
Holywell will be in lanes 1 & 2 from 8.19am -8.31am for swimmers in the bronze group down, and the second warm-up in lanes 1&2 from 8.31am to 8. 43 am for the silver group and above.
Session 2 Warm-Up 12.55pm to 1.55pm with the session starting at 2 pm.
Holywell will be in lanes 5 & 6 from 12.55pm to 1.10pm for swimmers in the bronze groups down, and the second warm-up in lane 6 from 1.10pm to 1.25pm for Silver group and above.
Session 3 Warm-Up start at 5 pm no Warm-up info has been given for this session.
