HOLYWELL WARM-UP & START TIMES FOR 1st -2nd-3rd
Please arrive early for Stretching, Warm-Up and Team Talk
FRIDAY 1st February
Session 1 – BOYS – Warm-up 5.00pm – Start time 5.25pm Warm-up in the main pool ANY LANE – Swim down in the Training Pool LANES 3 or 4.
Session 1 – GIRLS – Warm-up 6.10pm – Start time 6.38pm – Warm up in the Training Pool LANES 1 or 2 – Swim down will be in the Training pool ANY LANE.
SATURDAY 2nd February
Session 2 – Warm Up 8.45am Main Pool LANES 5 & 6 – Start Time 9.35am
Session 3 – Warm Up 12.15pm Main Pool LANES 5 & 6 – Start Time 1.05pm
Session 4 – Warm Up 3.30pm Main Pool LANES 5 & 6 -Start Time 4.20pm
SUNDAY 3rd February
Session 5 – Warm Up 8.45am Main Pool LANES 4, 5 & 6 – Start Time 9.35am
Session 6 – Warm Up 12.15pm Main Pool LANES 5 & 6 – Start Time 1.05pm
Session 7 – Warm Up 3.30pm Main Pool LANES 5 & 6 -Start Time 4.20pm

Session 8 – Girls – Warm-up 5.00pm in main pool LANE 8 – Start time 5.25pm Swim down in the Training Pool LANES 3 or 4.
Session 8 – BOYS – Warm-up 4.45pm ? in the Training Pool LANES 1 or 2 Start time 7.21pm – Swim down will be in the Training pool ANY LANE.

Session 9 – Warm Up 8.00am Main Pool LANES 5 & 6 – Start Time 9.05am
Session 10 – Warm Up 11.15am Training Pool ALL LANES – Start Time 12.05pm
Session 11 – Warm Up 4.00pm Main Pool LANES 6 & 7-Start Time 4.35pm
SUNDAY 10th February
- Session 12 – Warm Up 8.00am Main Pool LANES 6, 7 & 8 – Start Time 9.05am
Session 13 – Warm Up 12.30pm Main Pool LANES 4, 5 & 6 – Start Time 1.05pm
Session 14 – Warm Up 3.30pm Training Pool ALL LANES – Start Time 4.20pm
