Land training Thursday.

Land training this Thursday will be from 6.00 to 6.30pm.

10 minutes warm-up/stretch –  two 7-minute High-Intensity Interval Training  (HITT) sessions with a 2-minute break in between and a 5-minute cooldown before leaving, this session will be hard.

The session is only 30mins due to a meeting with the performance group, however, this 30-minute session is intense and it is beneficial for swimmers to attend.
