Swimmers, get your name down for Secret Santa, not sure about it ask your team captains Liv and Jack.
The list is up for long course training this Sunday the 9th December @ the Liverpool Aquatic Centre, 85 Wellington Rd, Liverpool L15 4LE, great practice for the Liverpool Splash N Dash which is out soon (50m sprints).
Xmas party on the 22nd December 2.30pm to 4 pm. A list is up for swimmers to 
sign to say they are attending. There is also a notice for parents asking if you can help with refreshments, drinks, eats and treats for the swimmers, if you can please put what you can help with on the list.
Entries need to be in for our Valentine Meet, get them in quickly before it closes. support the club at our own meets and use the swims to get ready for Regionals.
Regional Championship forms have been sent out, if you have received yours please enter as many races as you can, we had a great turn out last year, super support from everyone, it is great to see the team competing in the relays, lots of cheering and a fantastic atmosphere. a ‘TEAM’ meet in the calendar your head coach wants everyone to enter.
