Good luck to Emily Cartlidge, Liv Davies, Jean-Luc Lovell-Pascal, Molly Martin, Alexandra Owen-Hatfield, Elinor Rich, Georgia Wade Jones our swimmers competing at the Welsh Long Course Nationals in Swansea on the 19th – 20th – 21st- & 22nd on Easter weekend. Qualifying for this meet is a great achievement and something you can be proud of, I am looking to the swimmers having some superfast swimming and some solid long course PB times.
Swansea National 50m Pool
For this meet, swimmers have 5 goals, 1. Qualify, 2. PB, 3. Final 4. Medal, 5. Finish first.
1st Compete and qualify for the biggest Welsh meet in our calendar.
2nd Apply all your training processes and aim for a Personal best time (PB).
3rd Make a final.
4th Finish in a medal position.
5th If you have applied all the above and everything comes together, you might just be lucky enough to finish first.
