Session: 1 Warm Up 08.30 AM:  Starts at 09:30 AM

Session: 2 Warm-up 12.15 PM:   Starts at 01:15 PM

Estimated time of Warm UP for 800m 03:10 PM and start 03:30 PM

Sunday 15th January
