Well done to all the Holywell swimmers who took part in the Holywell Summer Sprints, comments by our coaches and comments made by visiting coaches makes me very proud to be the head coach of Holywell ASC.
As our swimmers know we have been in the sprint training cycle of our season. They have worked hard on reaction times from the blocks, streamlining, breakouts and fast finishes, all with good technique and i can say it was a pleasure to watch. All our swimmers put their hard work into the competition environment and did a super job, from me, WELL DONE TO YOU ALL .
