Dear Swimmers,
It is time to remind you of our Club’s Bullying Policy. Please take the time to read it through, paying particular attention to the “what is Bullying “section. Remember in our Club it is unacceptable to cause distress to a fellow swimmer even if it is intended as “banter” or jest. If your actions have the outcome of distress this is considered as Bullying/bad behaviour and will be dealt with in accordance with club policy.
If any swimmer or parent requires clarification, please contact me and I will be happy to talk it over with you.
