***Please note afternoon warm up is now 12.30pm on both days and not 1.30pm as previously stated.

Evening session
Before the evening sessions there may be a mini warm up session of ½ hour for swimmers who have not been in for the earlier sessions.
This warm-up schedule allows for a maximum of 10 swimmers per lane
