Swim Club Manager Login and GoCardless

All members should have received a username and password today via email. This will enable you to login into the Swim Club Manager system. If you have not received these emails then please check your spam/junk mail folders.

You login into the system by clicking on the Members Login link under the Members Area tab, above, on our website. Alternatively you can click here.

We would appreciate it if you could log in as soon possible and click on the  Your details tab where you can view & update your details and confirm that the details we hold for you are correct.

You may also have received an email from GoCardless saying that your swimming subscription has been cancelled. Please ignore this email. Your Direct Debit is still in place and will still be taken by GoCardless.  It is just that this process is now going to be managed by the SCM system.  There will be a slight change to the date for the monthly subs payment. Currently the monthly subs leave your bank of the 22nd of each month. This will now change to a few days later as SCM will request the funds on the 22nd of the month and it will leave your bank 3 -4 working days later (approximately 26th). If this causes anyone a big problem then please get in touch with me at treasurer@holywellswimmingclub.co.uk so that we can work something out.
