Stay Fit – Keep Exercising – Keep In Touch

Hi all, I hope your all keeping well, these are difficult times for athletes no matter what sport you do. My advice is to increase your land training aiming for at least 15 to 30 mins per session, with 2 sessions per day.

Your overall well-being is very important, please keep in touch with each other and make sure everyone in your swim group is contacted regularly, message them to see how they are getting on with the videos below, please don’t leave anyone out. Get your family and friends involved, the more the merrier.

I have a few video links that will help keep you motivated, most of you will have heard of Joe Wicks, otherwise known as “The Body Coach” Joe is a fitness coach, TV presenter and author. His fitness method uses short intense High-Intensity-Interval-Training (HIIT) workouts, the body coach has many videos on YouTube, below are a few for you to try. Let me know how you get on, i will post more over the next few weeks

The first video should be done after every one of the 7 days challenge videos.

The first video is one for the Performance Group a 15 mins Tabata session, this should be done once per day as an extra session, it’s hard but will be worthwhile.
