Hi all, I hope your all keeping well, these are difficult times for athletes no matter what sport you do. My advice is to increase your land training aiming for at least 15 to 30 mins per session, with 2 sessions per day.
Your overall well-being is very important, please keep in touch with each other and make sure everyone in your swim group is contacted regularly, message them to see how they are getting on with the videos below, please don’t leave anyone out. Get your family and friends involved, the more the merrier.

His fitness method uses short intense High-Intensity-Interval-Training (HIIT) workouts, the body coach has many videos on YouTube, below are a few for you to try.
