Parent and Swimmer Questionnaire

All swimmers will be given a questionnaire in their next training session, with the first swimmers receiving theirs last night (Thursday 7/4/16).

We are really interested in your thoughts and opinions regarding our Club and we hope that you will take this opportunity to provide us with feedback. The questionnaire can be completed with or without your name, although knowing your swimmers group would help us to respond in a purposeful way.  

Your feedback will help us to continue to grow and develop and improve as a Club, as swimmers, as coaches and as supporters and volunteers. 

Swimmers can return their completed questionnaire during their training sessions into the post box provided on poolside. We would be grateful if you could please return your completed questionnaire by Friday 22nd April.
