NEW GROUP AND TIMETABLE
As of Monday 26th February there will be new group and timetable changes. We have been working on the new group/timetable structure for quite a few months.
WHY DO THESE CHANGES NEED TO HAPPEN?
As a Club we continue to grow and improve and changes are required to facilitate this and to allow us all to progress further. We are also pleased to see the consistent improvement of our swimmers across all levels and also the retention of our older swimmers. Therefore making these changes is a necessary part of future development for our swimmers and our Club.
Change can present challenges and for some change can be difficult. As Head coach, I would ask you for your support and patience and ask that you allow time for everyone to adapt to their new routines. The coaching team will be on hand to support the swimmers through these developmental changes and it will in a short time frame become easier.

GROUP LISTINGS
Located in the float cupboard. swimmers and coaches can see the group listings where they will find swimmers names allocated to groups. please remember during the transition period ( 8 weeks) we will be monitoring lanes closely. Swimmers may be trialled in different groups during the transition period to ensure they are in the correct training lane and to offer swimmers opportunities to demonstrate their abilities to the coaching team.
COMMUNICATION
Along with this website notification, I have already started contacting parents by text or email about the changes. Each swimmer affected by the changes will also receive a letter over the weekend and during next week. If there is a change to either, your group, your hours or your monthly payments you will receive information on this.
