We need our swimmers, parents and any volunteers to help bag packing at Morrisons Rhyl on Saturday the 18th of January between hours of 10.00 am-5.00 pm, If you can please put your name forward, we really do need your help.
If you can help out for most of the day, Morrisons have said those attending are more than happy to use the customer cafe for your own food, if you purchase food from the store to eat in the cafe, that is also fine, they just ask if you can keep your receipt.
We need adults to supervise our swimmers, parents, please share your supervision (Take turns, do a little shopping whilst you’re there)
Please remember to be polite and courteous to the Morrisons staff and the shoppers, don’t shake your collection buckets and if a customer wishes to do their own packing, just step back a little and allow them to do that.
It will be greatly appreciated If you could give at least a couple of hours of your time to help out this weekend – Saturday the 18th January, Please add your name to the list on the notice board and add what time you can help out, or, contact Kate Thomas on katethomas117@yahoo.com and let her know.
