Notice for all the parents and swimmers who are attending the Jnr Arena League this Saturday 9th.
To make the event more enjoyable for the swimmers we will be travelling to Stockport by coach, the coach will be at the Leisure centre for 3 pm and will be leaving for at the Stockport pool no later than 3.15pm, we should arrive around 4.30pm, we will do a dryland stretch poolside then warm-up in the pool at 5pm – racing starts at 5.30pm we should be finished for 7pm . Fast and furious racing
Swimmers will need costume/trunks/Swim cap/goggles/towel/bring £1 for lockers. PS don’t forget spares.
Cost for the Coach is £5 adults and £3 swimmers,
If anyone is travelling by car ( I hope you come on the coach so the swimmers can experience the team atmosphere) Warm up is at 5pm , please try to get to the pool for 4,30pm to give the swimmer time to change and stretch and warm-up.
