Update for Warm Up Times 

Bangor Diddy Gala warm-up times for Sunday the 7th April

 

Session 1: Warm-Up 9:30am………… Start time 10:00am in Lanes 7 &8  for events 1 to 10

Session 2: Warm-Up 1:00pm……….Start time 2:00pm in Lanes 3 & 4 for events 11 to 20

Please arrive for 9:00am  for Pre-Pool stretching and change ready for warm-up.
