Session 1 Saturday, warm-up starts at 8.45 Holywell will be in lane 4
Session 2 Saturday, warm-up starts at 11.40 Holywell will be in lane 3
Session 3 Saturday, warm-up starts at 15.30 Holywell will be in lane 3
Session 4 Sunday, warm-up starts at 8.30 Holywell will be in the training pool and will have all 4 lanes
Session 5 Sunday, warm-up starts at 11.40 Holywell will be in the training pool and will have all 4 lanes
Session 6 Sunday, warm-up starts at 15.00 Holywell will be in lanes 7 & 8
Please arrive 20 minutes before warm-up to stretch and prepare.
