Up Date:- Swim Conway Autumn meet Llandudno

Just to clarify there will be No 100IM and No 50’S with the exception of 50 Free due to the a Autumn being our busiest Meet. Also there was a typo on the girls 15&O 200 fly
This meet is a level 2 meet, swimmers need to have qualifying times to enter, This meet is open to ALL groups and ALL swimmers who qualify and is a great meet to set some fast short course times.
This meet is the day after our club presentation evening. We know this is not the best situation for our swimmers, however, it should be used by our top swimmers as how to pre-prepare for and event in unusual circumstances. Make sure you make all your training running up to the gala, the two days and nights before presentation evening take any training easy, rest and recover. Have all your kit, equipment and food prepared ready for the morning of the gala, make sure you eat quality food and hydrate throughout the week running up to presentation evening and the gala. Do these things and your weekend of racing should go well. At presentation evening, enjoy yourself, let yourself go, have fun with your team mates, family and friends.
