Holywell A.S.C. 2016 Swim Camp, Calella Spain.
We are planning a swim camp abroad in Calella Spain for October 2016, (within the school holidays), hopefully, we fly out the day after our Geoff Drew meet.
The Geoff Drew meet is on the 22nd of October and we are hoping to fly out on Sunday 23rd of October, returning on the 29th.
Flying into Gerona airport then transferring to the 4**** Bernat II Hotel in Calella. we will be staying Full Board and have the following facilities for our squad of swimmers .
Heated 50m training pool at the Crol Centre
We have provisionally booked 3 lanes at the 50m pool
Training will be on the 24th to the 28th
Breakfast between 7am – 8.am
Meet at the pool at 8.45am and train until 11am
Shower, change, and diner between 12pm and 1.30pm
Full Board + mineral water served by the meal.
After dinner take a well earned rest.
chill out in the games room.
Still energetic, there is free entry into the gym every day, swimmers, don’t forget to save your energy for the afternoon swim session.
Spoil yourselves, you have one free entrance into the SPA at the Hotel Bernat II**** , or relax around the Hotels leisure pool before the afternoon 50m training session, be changes and on poolside for 4.15pm, in the pool for 4.30pm finish at 6.30pm then RELAX!!!!!!!!!!
The weather in Calella in October is still warm, parents, whilst the swimmers are at their sessions, you can chill on the beach 50m away, or take a walk into Calella town, which is about 500m away .
