Long Course Training this Sunday 8th May

Please note that long course training will take place this Sunday 8th May at Liverpool Aquatics Centre in Wavertree. It is important that anyone taking part in the Northampton Meet or anyone planning to take part in the Liverpool long course meet attends this session.

Long course training is an important part of a swimmers training but it is an opportunity we can only afford to keep offering if swimmers attend. If you are eligible then please ensure you attend so that we don’t loose this asset. The cost  of the training is £2 for 1hr or £4 for both hours and is payable on the day.
