BREASTSTROKE CLINIC 4pm – 5pm SUNDAY 23rd JULY

This breaststroke clinic is for swimmers who did not attend the first one, Holywell coaches will be taking the session which will include, 15 minutes dry land exercises aimed at breaststroke flexibility, understanding flotation, stroke specifics catch, pull, kick and recovery, underwater phase and turns.

The session will take place between 4pm – 5pm on Sunday the 23rd of July. There is a names sheet on the club notice board, could you please add your name to it so we know numbers.

PLEASE NOTE, DUE TO THE CLINIC, THE CLUB SESSION WILL BE FROM  5pm – 7pm
